OH, WERE THEY OFFENSIVE: The Register-Guard, Eugene, Ore.
This is before my time (as a fan) but is a cool look back at the 1998 Ducks football team. One thing that stood out was the UCLA loss in which the Ducks had 5 turnovers and still scored 38 points. It would be fun to go back and watch because I bet every possession was either a turnover or a score.

Panthers got SP
Just saw that the Panthers signed Sammie Parker, my all-time favorite Duck. This means they could have 4 Ducks on the field at one time - SP, J-stew, Dante Rosario and Geoff Schwartz. Not to mention there could be a Beaver (Matt Moore) under center. Cool!

Scout.com: Ranking the 2008 Head Coaches
I personally think ranking coaches is kind of worthless. It seems like there are so many things to take into consideration - record, big-game record, bowl record, big-bowl record, conf. titles, recruiting, coordinator hires, facilities, tradition. Then there are even more subjective things, like how do you balance out Pete Carroll’s ability to inherently recruit well to USC with the fact that you are getting every teams best shot week in and week out? Anyway, here is one guy’s opinion…
